AgVerdict NEXT: Emailing Reports

When you are done configuring your reports, you have the ability to send them out via Email.

To Navigate to the email Page:

  1. On the reports page go to the upper right hand corner and select the drop down arrow on the “Email” button.
  2. You are now on the Report Email page.

Subject of Email

By default the subject of the email will be in a specific format.

GROWER / COMMODITY / REPORT TYPE – DATE

The subject can be changed to something else if desired.

Email Lists

  1. On the left side of the screen you will have your options for lists of recipients.
    • The first lists will be the lists that you have or other users with access to the same growers have saved.
      • Deletion of Lists

If it is a list that you have added to your “User” list then only you can remove it.  If you add it as a “Grower” list then anyone with access to the grower can edit and or delete it.

Saving a List

  1. You can Save a New List by entering the names desired into the email box.
    • You can type in new email addresses or start typing and select from the already saved ones.
  2. Once you have the names entered you can name your list.
  3. Before you save, you can set the visibility of this list.
    • Grower Specific – Anyone with access to this grower will be able to see this list.
    • User Specific – Only your user will be able to see and have access to this list
    • Default – Will set this list as the default
  4. Now save the list.
  5. The list will populate on the left with all the other “Saved Email Lists“.
More Than One Default Lists

You can have more than one list set as default.  It will add all the lists set to default even if you have the same email in multiple defaults.  It will not duplicate email addresses.

User Lists

  • Branch Users –

    • Branch users will show you any users that have access to the same branches as you do.
  • Grower users –

    • Grower users are any users that are under the grower that you have created the Recommendations / Application Event for.
