Permits

In this release, the Permits feature has had the sync between AgVerdict and Calag updated and improved regarding how information is consumed into AgVerdict. Below are the main areas of change.

Recommendation and Application Events (Next,  Classic, iOS)

• Option to add Site Conditions and School notification requirements to Notes

Permit Import from CalAg (Backend)

• Performance and stability improvements in import process.
  • Isolated impact of problematic permits
  • Imports and updates only active permits in AgVerdict
• Warnings for non-restricted and unknown restricted materials
• Import of additional attributes from CalAg
  • School Notify, Site Narration, Loc Narration
  • Grower and Agent address from CalAg

Management UI (Classic)

• Performance and stability improvements
• Creating fields from permit supports specifying Traditional or Organic
• Specify school notification requirement while adding a site
• On demand updating of permit from CalAg
• Can view additional attributes of a site from CalAg by hovering mouse over the Site id and Site Name
  • School Notify, STR, Site Narration, Loc Narration

Permit Report (Next, Classic, iOS)

• Includes  – school notification, pests, applicators
• Grower and Agent address from CalAg
• Ordering of sites based on site id and restricted products
• Pests and Applicators information

Web

• SD-10325 : Addressed issues with PUR information being pushed to Agrian.
  • PUR’s were not being sent over correctly when there was more than one land on the application events.
• SD-10020 : Equipment list now populates correctly in application events.
  • Issue was resolved where in some instances the equipment list would not populate when selecting the equipment field.
• SD-10336 : Field Reports now showing missing field.
  • Resolved issue where some lands were not populating in field reports.
• SD-10072 : Field Reports now pulling all RECs.
  • Field reports now correctly pull in all recommendations.
• SD-7954 : Harvest date change when creating fields
  • When creating a new land, the harvest date is not mandatory and left blank for all States other than AZ. If a Field in created in AZ, it is now mandatory and needs to be entered to save the land.
