Bulk Edit
Bulk Edit allows the user to edit multiple data items in selected Locations within one Application Event. It also allows the user to Complete Applications within one Application Event.
- Select Multiple Locations within one Application Event
- Apply the same data change to all selected Locations
- Complete multiple Locations
Notes:
- If a Location within an Application Event has multiple Applications, data changes will be applied to all Applications within the selected Location.
- Not all Bulk Update changes are verified against data in each selected Location. Hence, for example, it is possible to apply a Start Date that is after the End Date for some Locations. Please be aware of this and check data in all Locations before and after applying a Bulk Edit.
- In Bulk Edit we currently do not highlight Required Fields. If you receive a dialogue box saying you need to complete the required fields. Make sure the start and end time is completed. As well as the Applicator.
Application Event Bulk Update
Rec and App List Column Chooser
Currently user can only view few default column in the Recommendation and Application List page. With this release we are giving user the ability to create their Custom View.
- User will be able to select the columns that are most useful to them from an available list of columns.
- User will be able to save this view so when they log back into the site there view is still the same.
- User can easily add/remove and reorder the columns in their view.
- User can switch back to default view, which will select only the default columns, at any time.
- User can reach to column chooser either from Recommendation List or Application Event List page and can change either of the view from there.
Caveat
- If user clears the cache or log from any other machine than the one used to create the view, user will have to create the view again as the settings resides in the local cache of the user machine.
List Column Configuration
Supervisor and Applicator Name
One of the feedback that was given in the initial release was to show Supervisor and Applicator Name in the Recommendation. With this release, if user selects Supervisor and/or Applicator Name in the Recommendation then the name is available in the Application Event.
- When user edits the Application Section of the Recommendation then Supervisor name will be pre-populated in the Supervisor drop down.
- Similarly if user edits the Location section of the Recommendation then Applicator name is pre-populated in the drop down box.
- User will have ability to change this name.
- If user change the Supervisor, then the Application section of the Application Event will show the new value.
- Similarly, If user change the Applicator, then the Location section of the Application Event will show the new value.
- Note, that the overview section or Recommendation section will still show the original values for Supervisor and Applicator Name, as that is part of the Recommendation.
Applicator and Supervisor added to REC
Known Issues:
Application Event:
- If you only change the Supervisor in the Application Details and save, the Applicator that you may have set on the Location will be removed.
- When changing the Applicator Company in Application Details, it will remove the Supervisor if not selected after the Company change.
- Changing the Applicator Company will also clear any application event locations that have had an applicator selected. This is because those applicators are no longer valid for the updated company.
To help with these issues until they can be resolved. First make all changes to the Applicator Details all at one. Update the Applicator Company, then choose your Supervisor and Save. After that all your location settings of applicators should persist.
