Common fixes for login issues

1. When signing in please remember that you will need your email address as your username.
   • For internal Wilbur-Ellis employees please use @wecon.com as the email address.
     • For Example: Johnn Doe
       • AgVerdict login Username: jdoe@wecon.com
   • For external users, use your email address normally.
2. Also for internal employees, your password is your main OKTA password.

Wilbur-Ellis Employee Password Reset

For internal Wilbur employees, the password for AgVerdict is managed by OKTA.  You will need to go through it to change a forgotten password.

1.  From the login screen click the “Need Help Signing in?” option.
2. Then click on “Forgot Password”
3. It then will prompt for the username and options on how to reset the password.

Non Wilbur-Ellis Password Reset

1. At login screen, click “Forgot Password”.
2.  Enter email address and click Send Email.  There will be a password reset link sent to this email.  
3. If no email is received, please contact agverdictsupport@wilburellis.com for assistance.
