8/28/2019 Feature / Hot-fix Release

Feature releases:

Deletion of Application Events

In this release we have added the ability to delete entire Application Events. If an Application Event has been started, or even completed you will be able to delete it. Once deleted this record will be removed and no longer available for review.

Previously when you had an Application Event created from a Recommendation it would disable the ability to void or delete that Recommendation. With this new feature, you can delete all Application Events related to a Recommendation, then in turn delete the Recommendation as well.

The only time we do not allow for the Application Event to deleted is when a PUR has already been submitted.

In the Recommendation overview, we have added new links that are found in each of the location cards for the rec. Whether submitted or not, you can click on the Blue highlighted text (as seen below) to pull up the NOI or PUR reports. If it has not already been submitted, you can submit it through this report window.

In the Application Event tab of a record, we also have the hyperlink for the PUR to pull up the report directly, just as in the Rec overview.

Feature Enhancements:

NOI / PUR status in record header

This is a small but useful addition to the information on screen. For records requiring an NOI / PUR, we now display the status of these, as well as for how many locations.

This new information can be found in the upper right side of the screen, next to the rec status information.

Before this release, when you search for products, if you were searching for a product and it had a “Special Character” included in the name it would cause issues when trying to search.

Examples of special characters we had issues with are:

™ / ®

We have corrected this issue. Even if your product name has one of these characters in the middle of its name, we can now properly ignore these and continue the search as expected.
