Feature /Hot-fix Release : 6/18/ 2020

System Enhancements

We have added additional information to the “Order Notification” that is being generated and sent out in email when an order has been sent to JDE.

In the email notification we have added,

  • AV Grower Name.
  • Delivery Date
  • Information per product if the product was from a recommendation or not.

In a future release we plan to add the associated recommendation number to this notification.

Addressed issues

  • Addressed issue for recommendations written for “Chemigation” that would fail label check because of a Row spacing issue. This has now been addressed to where it works as expected and no longer sends this information when a label check is done for Chemigation.
  • Fixed an issue where the Rate on NOI documentation was reporting an incorrect amount compared to what was on the recommendation. These values will now match with what was set in the recommendation.
  • Addressed issue when placing orders for the “Rio Linda” Inventory branch in, that no Agency products were populating. This was due to a mismatch of information to pull in the proper products list, and now is working as expected.
  • Resolved the issue when creating a recommendation, that some products ship quantity in the Pricing section would change to zero when a different SKU was selected. This now works properly for most products. This can still happen in some corner cases but we are continuing to work with JDE to resolve.
  • Addressed issue for PUR submission causing errors of “Duplicate lines error”. This was happening when many locations were being sent for submission at once. We have increased the performance of this, but can still be an issue for very large PUR submissions to Calag.
  • Resolved issue when a saved tank mix with In-Place was being used in recommendation. It would not allow in-place to be added via the saved tank mix. This is now working as expected and any tank mix with in-place will allow it to be added to the recommendation properly for any commodity it is labeled for.
