Variable Rate Updates
- Users will now be taken to the VR List view upon creation of a VR Event instead of back to the fields view
- Users can now access VR Reports and VR Exports from the VR View screen
Zones Updates
Users can now create SSURGO zones within AgVerdict Next. This is accessed through the “+ New Zone” button in Fields view:
- Select “SSURGO” from the drop down and then “Load Data”. The system will query the USDA database, which will take around 10 seconds.
- Once the request has been made, slope/soil boundary lines will be drawn on the screen:
- Select “Process Zones” to apply zones to the view.
- A new column is added to the Zone Table: Soil Type and Slope. This is located to the far right and you must scroll to see it.
- Both system and custom variables can be added as columns to the table. Once a column has been created, double click on the cell to change the value. Pressing “Tab” will bring the focus down to the next cell or to the top of the next added column that can be edited.
- Zones will now require unique names when saving.
