How to add a permit to a grower for Arizona

If a grower is in the state of Arizona we do not automatically update or import state permit information.  If one needs to be added please follow the steps below.

  1. From the Growers list in AgVerdict, navigate to the “Tools” option on the top menu.
  2. When in tools select the “Permits” option.
  3. This will navigate to the Permit Management screen.
  4. From here, in the upper right hand side of the screen, select the “Add New Permit” option.
  5. Fill in the following information:
    • Select Grower.
    • Enter Permit Number.
    • Select State.
    • Select County.
    • Enter in Validity date.
  6. Select Search.
  7. It will display the information you entered and you will be able to change the “Validity Date” and add any Site ID’s / Commodities / Restricted Products if needed.  If everything looks good click on “Save”.
  8. This permit is now available for the grower.
