Fix for Failed Scouting Observations
Version 3.4.2 has been published to the app store for the AgVerdict Next iOS app. This is a small hotfix update that addresses the scouting photos sync and some bugs around editing observations.
IMPORTANT:
For scouting images that were taken between the Delete Growers release (3.4.0 on 02/26/2025) and this fix that are not appearing in reports, follow these directions to make sure they sync correctly.
- The current photos that are not syncing need to be removed from that survey stop.
- Then re-add them back to undo any corrupted Data.
- Those new images will sync fine with the server.
NOTE : Because Apple sometimes takes a while to prompt users for updating apps, we strongly recommend that users navigate to the AgVerdict Next app in the app store and update it from there.
Updating the App
IMPORTANT: After updating the AgVerdict App from the iOS App Store, there will be a small system update within the app when it first syncs. This updates some of the internal storage. Ensure to keep the app active while this is happening, and should update quickly.
