AgVerdict NEXT: Application Event Bulk Edit

The Bulk Edit tool in Application Event allows the user to edit multiple data items in selected Locations within one Application Event.  It also allows the user to Complete Applications within one Application Event.

Getting Started

To start to Bulk update locations in an Application Event:

  1. Navigate into the Application you would like to work on.
  2. Select the specific Application Event you want to update then select “Bulk Edit”.
  3. This will bring you into the Bulk Edit Details page.
  4. On the Left side of the page you are shown all the locations on this application event.  Select them all, or just the ones you would like to update. 
  5. Once the locations are selected you can start updating the information on the right side of the screen that you want applied to all the selected locations. 
    • Date and time information : Start and end date and time
    • Environmental information: Temp / Wind / Humidity 
    • Work information : Applicator / Loader / Equipment
  6. To Apply these changes, select the Apply button in the upper right hand side of the screen. 
  7. Once you have Applied the changes, if all required fields are filled out ( Start and end time / Applicator) for the sites, then you can select Complete Selected Locations in the upper right hand side of the screen. 
  8. These locations will now be marked as completed. 
    • Completed Events

      Even though a location has been completed, it can still be edited if information needs to be updated.

Note: Once locations have been updated in Bulk Edit and information has been saved, it will not re-populate the bulk form with previously saved information.  To see this go into the “EDIT” for those locations to update them individually.
