When using NEXT in some circumstances the brightness of the white background can cause some issues. Below is a tool that can be used to darken the overall interface to make it easier to use in those circumstances.
Some Caveats
- This is only available in the Google Chrome browser.
- This is only for Desktop sites.
- This is a Chrome Extension, so any issues with the Interface due to this are not able to be addressed.
- Location to download DARK READER
- Note
This is not the only extension that can be used. You can use any “Dark Mode” extension of your liking. This is just one that we have preference for.

- Once downloaded there will now be new icon in the upper right hand corner of your browser.
- Click the icon and click “ON”.
- As you can see there are many settings to play around with to customize exactly how you want the screen to be.
