Clear User Server Cache
In some circumstances there are issues that arise for some users that are due to problems with cached user information. We have given users the ability to clear their user cache information on the server to help resolve these, and not have to reach out to the support team. Users can find this new option in the upper right hand corner under the three dots.
Examples of issues that this will resolve:
- Not able to view Orders or Quotes list.
- New order or Quote will not load.
- Filters not clearing properly on lists.
- Some performance issues.
NOTE: Be aware that this will rest your preferences back to default.
Zone Map Files now contain Zone ID
Zone Map files, exported through the eyeball option in the Zone dashboard for AgVerdict Next, have been renamed to have the Zone ID at the beginning of the file. The internal shape files have the same name. This change will make it easier to differentiate between multiple zone files that are exported from the same grower.
Rec and App Event Summary Report Updates
The Rec and AE summary report will now allow the user to pull a REC or AE from a parent level down to a child level. You can still run the report normally or use the radio buttons to pull the data to a specific child level.
Addressed Issues
- Fixed issue when using the “Keyword Search” option or commodity filter, it would not display the account information for the grower if attached. This now works and shows that information correctly.
- Addressed issue in some instances where the correct of default SKU would not populate when using custom blends in orders.
- Fixed issue when using the controls on the map to update the locations details would not respond. Now when clicking on a location on the map and the options display. Selecting the “Details” option will properly navigate you to them.
- When changing products on a duplicated recommendation, for some users the recommendation would not submit. This now works as expected and submits the recommendation.
- When selecting a recommendation or app event from the Rec or app list, then closing the record, the app would take you back to the fields page. Now we navigate back to the list you opened the record from.
- Updated the “Additional Locations & Map Notes” button title in the Application event to be more clear. It has been changed to “Add Locations or Map Notes”.
