Probe Schedule & AgVerdict Sync work

Yesterday an update was pushed to Probe Schedule and AgVerdict. This update was to sync the lands within each program to the same land structure.

The effects of this in AgVerdict will be that for growers that utilize Probe Schedule, may have some new Farms created, as well as new growers. You can identify these by the “PS” designation in the name.

To ensure that these stay in sync please refrain from changing or editing these lands, as any changes will affect them staying in sync with Probe Schedule.

Addressed Issues:

  • Issue with some growers and not being able to edit their field boundaries and hitting an endless spinner have been resolved.
  • Fixed issue with multi location recommendations, where the first location would show surrounding crops on the reports, but the other locations would have blank information. This has been resolved so all locations that have surrounding crops setup in their land information will show on reports when selected.

Known Issues

  • The team is aware of an issue where user-entered pricing for Orders and Quotes is reverting to the default price when viewing the record.
    • In Quotes, reports will reflect the user-entered price, even if the interface displays a different value.
    • When converting a Quote to an Order or placing an Order, be sure to update the price in the Order before submitting it to JDE.
  • When duplicating a recommendation, the location(s) that are on the duplicate recommendation are having their surrounding crop information deleted. The team is aware and working to get this resolved.
  • When adding locations onto a Commodity Plan, any recommendations created within that plan will not show the surrounding crops on the reports. The team is aware and working to resolve this issue.
