With the large range of different machines that users have, sometimes there may be issues when working in AgVerdict. The resolution of the monitor and the settings in the browsers, such as in zoom, can affect how things are displayed in AgVerdict.
Buttons not selectable
In some instances a lower resolution screen or a higher zoom level set on the browser can affect the ability to see some options as well as select them.
To address and get past this:
- Check the Zoom level set on your browser by going to the 3 stacked dots in the upper right hand corner.
- Adjust the zoom level until you can see the options that are being obscured or not visible.
Grower list will not scroll or load additional growers
In many cases users will have their browser zoom level set differently than the default 100%. If you have the zoom set too high or too low this can affect how things display. If you have a zoom level greater than 125% or lower than 80% it can affect controls on the screen.
For instance, the monitor shown below is 1920×1080 and with the zoom set at 80% it has issues loading the grower list.
To fix this issue change the zoom to 100%.
With different resolution screens these issues might show up under different circumstances, but they usually can be addressed by changing the zoom levels until you get the expected results.
